The Resource Exchange (TRE) has a rich history of supporting people with disabilities to live and participate within their own community. It began in 1964 with a small group of parents and community partners who envisioned a future where their children could thrive within their community rather than being moved to institutions, as was the practice at the time. In 2024, we celebrate 60 years of impact, serving over 13,000 individuals. TRE has consistently led in innovation, creating a social impact business that champions the employment of individuals with disabilities. This commemorative art piece honors our generous supporters and celebrates their significant contributions, propelling TRE into a future of 60 more years of serving clients and their families.
