It is our honor and privilege to serve over 8,800 infants, children, teenagers, adults, and seniors in El Paso, Pueblo, Teller and Park counties. The Resource Exchange (TRE) partners with people who seek support in accessing community resources, assisting them in making informed choices so they can live the lives they want to live.
We partner with our clients to help them navigate the complex system of supports that our community provides them, walking alongside to assist them in achieving the quality of life they seek, working closely with the families who love them.
TRE has relationships with over 100 community partners to which we refer our families. Our partners join with TRE to increase opportunities for the people we serve.
Respect: We respect and honor the inherent value of people and the unique contributions they bring to our community. Equally, we respect and value every employee and volunteer.
Integrity: We conduct our business transparently, honestly, and ethically.
Partnership: We build reciprocal relationships with community partners that increase opportunities and high quality services.
Excellence: We dedicate ourselves to excellence through innovation because good enough is JUST NOT good enough!
Accountability: Everyone is accountable.
At TRE, we strive to be nimble, relevant, responsive, innovative, transformative, and entrepreneurial. We also welcome opportunities to answer questions and to create new partnerships throughout our state, our country, and indeed the world. I hope you’ll feel free to call or e-mail us; you can reach me directly at 719.785.6403 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We invite you to learn our history, meet our Board of Directors, familiarize yourself with our work, understand our funding, but perhaps most of all, reflect on TRE’s organizational values, our DNA that informs every decision we take, every new service line we develop, every new relationship we make.
Thank you for your support of and interest in The Resource Exchange and the extraordinary people we so proudly serve.
