At The Resource Exchange (TRE), we know that the best way to grow and improve is by listening to the people we serve and work alongside every day.
This spring, TRE is hosting a series of small‑group community listening sessions for members, families, caregivers, and providers across our service regions. These sessions are designed to create space for open, honest feedback about what’s working, what’s challenging, and how TRE can do better.
These listening sessions are part of a pilot effort to strengthen how TRE engages with members, families, and providers. While space is limited and TRE won’t be able to hear from everyone in this first round, this is not a one‑time opportunity. TRE plans to continue these conversations and create a feedback loop later in the year to respond to what is heard.
How to Participate
TRE is offering a mix of virtual (Zoom) and in‑person sessions, depending on region and audience. Sessions are scheduled for specific groups—members and caregivers or providers—to ensure conversations are focused and relevant.

Because sessions are intentionally kept small, advance registration is required. Registration links and location information will be sent ahead of time to participants that register. TRE encourages participants to sign up for one session so as many voices as possible can be heard during this round.
