Welcome to The Resource Exchange (TRE) and to our web site. Incorporated as a 501(c)(3), TRE’s core function is as the Community Centered Board for El Paso, Park and Teller counties in Colorado. Our mission is to build independence for people with developmental disabilities. TRE offers a number of program options for people with developmental disabilities and their families, including residential, Family Support, Supported Living, vocational, transportation, case management and Early Intervention.
