On behalf of more than 2,600 people who receive our services and their families, our staff and volunteers, and our partners throughout Colorado and the US, I am honored to welcome you to our organization and to our website.  The mission of The Resource Exchange, or TRE, is to build independence for people with developmental disabilities.  The focus of our work and development of our business is guided by that elegant and profound mission.
